  1.                            SALMON LOAF

  4. 16 oz. canned salmon
  5. 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  6. 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  7. 2 beaten eggs
  8. 1/2 c. chopped onion
  9. 1 T. lemon juice
  10.  
  11.           Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.  Remove skin
  12. and bones.  Combine all ingredients, including liquid, and pack
  13. into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. 
  14. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
